Boris Dolinski

"Sergiu Popa was one of my best students. He was a disciplined and hard-working. His distinctive quality is a deep and subtle sense of folklore. He excellently performs folklore of different nations: Romanian, Bulgarian, Gypsy, Gagauz, Serbian, Ukrainian, Jewish and many others. I think that he should share his knowledge in a methodological work, which should be published for the general public. I am proud that I had such a talented student."
